NOX will be the official ball of the A1 Padel circuit in the 2024 and 2025 seasons

We are pleased to announce that, in this and the next competition season, we will be the official ball of A1Padel, currently one of the most renowned professional padel circuits internationally.

Alfonso Bastida, NOX Marketing Director, has expressed about the closing of this sponsorship partnership: "A1Padel has shown from day one that it is a circuit that is committed to internationalization, with a clear focus on emerging markets such as the United States. A1Padel is a circuit that has always prioritized young padel talent, giving opportunities to players who otherwise would not have been able to access professionalism. These values are totally aligned with the values of NOX and the Nox Future Academy (NFA) project".

We will debut as official ball in the opening tournament of the season, the Simsa Puebla Open, which will be played with the NOX Pro Titanium model. However, for weeks we have been actively working on the development of two new ball models specifically for this circuit. The first one will be faster (Nerbo), ideal for tournaments that take place in cold weather areas or at sea level and require a more lively bounce, while the second one will be a ball where control is a priority (Tempo model) to adapt to the needs of warm weather areas or courts located more than 600 meters above sea level.

The balls are being designed taking into account the criteria of our NFA players and A1 Padel players. Tests have also been carried out with amateur players to ensure the quality of the ball for all levels of play. Both models will be available from the second quarter of 2024 and will be marketed in our usual points of sale in both three-ball and four-ball formats.

The circuit will use the four-ball can format, coinciding with the number of balls used at the professional level, thus avoiding excessive waste generation. Among the main advantages of the four-ball pots, we highlight a longer life of the pots by distributing more the wear of the balls, already from the rally, also that in outdoor courts it is easy to lose a ball, so the 4-ball format allows to have an additional ball in those cases.
