By placing your order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Service below.


Following is the contractual document that will regulate the purchase of products and services through the web site www.noxsport.es, property of JJ Ballvé Sports S.L. (hereinafter the provider). The acceptance of this document implies that the CLIENT:

  1. Has read, understands and comprehends what is set forth herein.
  2. That he/she is a person with sufficient capacity to contract.
  3. That he/she assumes all the obligations set forth herein.

The present conditions shall be valid for an indefinite period of time and shall be applicable to all contracts made through the provider's website www.noxsport.es.

The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Conditions, without affecting the goods or promotions that were purchased prior the modification.


On one side, the supplier of the goods or services contracted by the CUSTOMER is JJ Ballvé Sports S.L, with registered office ADDRESS: AVENIDA DE CORNELLÁ 140, 8A - 08950 Esplugas de Llobregat . CIF: B64985708 , and with customer service telephone +34 934 196 834, and on the other hand, the CLIENT, registered on the website using a CLIENT name and password, for which has full responsibility for the use and custody, being responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the provider.


The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual sales relationship between the provider and the CLIENT at the moment he/she accepts the corresponding box during the online contracting process.

The contractual relationship of purchase and sale involves the delivery, in exchange for a specific price publicly displayed through the website, of a specific product or service.



The contracting procedure may only be carried out in Spanish. In the event that it can be carried out in another language, this will be indicated before initiating the contracting procedure.

In order to access the services offered by the provider, the CLIENT must register through the website by creating a CLIENT account. To do so, the CLIENT must freely and voluntarily provide the personal data that will be required.

The CLIENT will select a CLIENT name and password, committing to make diligent use of them, and not to make them available to third parties, as well as to communicate to the provider the loss or theft of them or the possible access by an unauthorized third party, in order for the PROVIDER to proceed to the immediate blocking.

The CUSTOMER may not choose as CUSTOMER's name words that have the purpose of confusing others by identifying him/her as a member of the provider, as well as offensive, insulting and generally contrary to the law or the requirements of morality and good customs expressions.

Once the CLIENT account has been created, we inform you that in accordance with the requirements of art. 27 of Law 34/2002 of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, the contracting procedure will follow the following steps:

Steps the CUSTOMER must follow after registration in order to complete the purchase.

  1. Selection of the shipping address where you want to receive the purchased product.
  2. Selection of payment method to choose between: Credit card or Paypal
  3. Use of discount code if applicable
  4. Fill in the comments of your order if applicable
  5. Choice of billing address
  6. Order confirmation

In any case, the provider's contracting platform will inform the CUSTOMER, once the contracting procedure has been completed, via email regarding all the characteristics, price, transportation methods, contracting date and estimated delivery of the contracted product or service.


The prices indicated for each product include Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes that may be applicable and in any case shall be expressed in Euro currency (€). Such costs, unless expressly stated otherwise, do not include the costs of shipping, handling, wrapping, shipping insurance or any other additional services and annexes to the product or service purchased.

The prices applied to each product will be those published on the website and automatically applied by the contracting process in the last phase of the same. The customer assumes that in any case the economic valuation of some of the products may vary in real time. In any case this will always be previously communicated to the CLIENTS.

For any information about the order, the CUSTOMER will have the customer service telephone number of the provider which is +34 934 196 834 or via e-mail to the following address info@noxsport.es. In any case, the order number that was assigned and indicated in the email confirmation of the purchase must be indicated in the subject of the message or to the telephone operator.

The products offered on the website will be shipped only to the following countries:

No shipments will be made outside the above mentioned delivery zone.

Accepted payment methods

The following payment methods are offered: credit/debit card and PayPal.


The prices shown include the legally applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and are indicated in Euros. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices shown do not include shipping costs.

Customs Fees

The shipping costs do not include in any case customs duties, fees or taxes on the product/s imported. These shall be borne by the buyer.


The physical gifts will be available until end of stock, but in no case the order will be sent without the corresponding gift or replacement of the same, if so indicated in the same.

We reserve the right to exchange the gift items, for not having them, for others of equal or greater value.

Gifts are not redeemable for cash, nor are exchanges or returns allowed without prior approval.

Returns of gift items must be approved in writing in advance at the Customer Service Center and will be accepted or not, depending on the availability of items.

The shipping costs for the exchange of gift items, previously approved, shall be borne by the customer both in the section from their home to our facilities and in the section of replacement of our facilities to the customer's home.

In the case of placing an order that corresponds to a gift and not have stock of the initial order at that time, you will be offered compensation for the inconvenience caused by another article of equal or better features that may correspond to gift item or not.

The resolution of any dispute that may arise from the relationship will be resolved in accordance with Spanish law and will be subject to the Courts and Tribunals that are competent and legally determined by the laws applicable to this contract.
