In JAJAPOHA NOX SA, padel rackets factory located in Limpio, Paraguay, we are looking for a process and continuous improvement engineer who is responsible for designing and implementing work processes of our factory.

Our passion is padel, we are in love with this sport and therefore we put all our efforts in its growth and professionalization. At NOX, we seek excellence in our products as well as in the people who work with us.

The candidate must improve industrial processes to ensure quality, improve factory efficiency, reduce production costs, improve ergonomics, health and safety at work and maximize the profitability of the company.

Requirements

- Previous experience in process engineering
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodology
- Excellent technical skills in the industrial processes of a factory
- Knowledge of the standards related to the processes
- Analytical thinking with interpersonal skills
- Graduated in Industrial Engineering or similar.
