Last sunday was one of our most exciting days in NOX. Ariana Sanchez Fallada, who is just 19 years old, and her partner Martita Ortega won the #WPTSantanderOpen final.
This breaking news still echoes in social networks, as it only took them seven months to achieve their first professional title, recalling the success they reaped when they were in lower categories. During those years they took first place in the Under-15 (2011), Youth (2013) and Junior (2015) categories of the World Championship, and also won five consecutive Spanish Championships.
Also, as a perfect ending, Ari was named Best Player in the Tournament and now holds the record for the youngest player to win a WTP final.
